This book has been a lifeline for me when I’ve been in conflict with loved ones. What I Loved About This Book
This book was gifted to me by one of my mentors. And did it ever come at the perfect time. I was hurting pretty hard over conflict with someone who continually casts me as the villain in their stories. Following Matt’s 10 Golden Rules, I was able to remove myself from the chaos, and honour myself during the process.
