How do I want to Feel in 2019?

With the New Year around the corner, and many people happy to leave 2018 in the dust, I wanted to keep this week’s post SUPER SIMPLE.

Before you start racking your brain on what your New Years Resolutions are going to be, or worse yet judging yourself on January 2nd when you’ve already broken your resolutions, I want you to stop and think of how you want to FEEL in 2019.

Start by reflecting on how you felt in 2018.

For example: How do you want your body to feel, and take notice of how it currently feels.

How do you want to feel when you wake up in the morning?  How do you currently feel?

Danielle Laporte is my go-to girl when it comes to changing our lives by following our feelings, and this week I want you to start writing down what feelings you want to experience in 2019 and how often you felt them in 2018.

Sounds simple, right?
